The two terms that I picked for my strengths were; collaboration and open-minded. Collaboration is one of my strengths because I think that I can help the group to get along and I usually don’t engage myself into any arguments I usually try to solve them and just have positivity going around my group instead of negativity. I am also very open-minded I really like to hear my peers ideas and build off of them. I am a good listener and I use that skill to help me with any group work.
My two challenges that I usually have with group work is; leadership and creative thinking. Leadership is hard for me because I am more of the quiet one in a group I don’t really take charge. I have also never really been much of a creative thinker, I can creative think when I get inspiration but never just on the spot in group work. I need to improve with those challenges I should maybe take on the leadership role every once in awhile to get the understanding and to see what it is like. I also need to find that inspiration and build off of ideas so that I can be that creative thinker

With this project I really hope to see just a ton of effort and hard work from everyone. I think that we need to be organized and everyone should have a job to do. Once we actually get to exhibition time it should look organized and well thought out, it should look as if we put a great amount of time and effort.
It would be amazing if a parent commented on the exhibition and saying that it was very thought out, and how it must have took a lot of time, or that they have never seen an exhibition like this before. If a Sociology professor was to say something about the project and exhibition I would want them to tell us that this was a really cool way to show the Cycle of Socialization, and that most, if not all of the things we have learned about Socialization are correct. To make sure that we are presenting accurate information to our audience we will need to maybe share with them the background knowledge and the sources we used to prove things. |
